Job Description

Salary : £72,000Location: LondonMy client, a prestigious global asset management firm is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Market & Liquidity Risk Analyst to join their dynamic team in London.As a Senior Market & Liquidity Risk Analyst, you will play a crucial part in their Financial Risk team, ensuring effective oversight across market risk, liquidity risk, counterparty credit risk, and ESG factors. Your responsibilities will include producingcomprehensive risk reports and analysis, monitoring risk limits and thresholds, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance risk management processes. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with IT to implement system enhancements and driveimprovements in risk assessment, monitoring, and reporting.What were looking for:

  • Solid experience in Market and Liquidity Risk, ideally within an Asset Management background.
  • Proficiency in managing counterparty risk and familiarity with ESG risks.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a deep understanding of risk measures, methodologies, and regulatory practices in risk management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of risk models, such as MSCI RiskMetrics.
  • Strong ability to work with large datasets, produce metrics and analytics for reporting and analysis, and effectively present results.
