Job Description

Based in Hampstead this leading and premium Residential Lettings Business are looking to bring in an experienced Lettings professional to join their team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is dynamic, motivated, and ambitious and would like to let a variety of properties in the Hampstead area and to work within a successful teamYour responsibilities will include the following:

  • Attending valuations and negotiate prices with Landlords to achieve a larger property portfolios
  • Organise and carry out viewings
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with all Landlords to help you acquire future business with them
  • Achieving all targets set
  • Implementing new and exciting initiatives for all members of staff.
You will be rewarded the following:
  • £35,000, plus car allowance and commission.
  • Expected £75,000 - £85,000 OTE.
Required Skills:
  • Experience working as a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Manager
  • Excellent people management and motivation skills
  • A true professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients
  • Proven track record in closing deals
  • It would be beneficial to have a good knowledge of the local area
  • An up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values and an awareness of the local competition.
