What will you be doing Driving external partnership and building industry wide and regulatory relationship to influence both external & internal stakeholders and formulating the vision and strategy Designing and architecting highly resilient, highly performant and fully secure software modules for access management services with high-quality, efficient Working as part of Global development and automation work streams and Progress changes through the full software development life cycle, from design to production Collaborating with key stakeholders to discuss priorities and details across functional, non-functional, operational, commercial and security requirements Leading meetings with senior stakeholders across IT and the business and collaborate with PM, BA, Dev and Testing resources across teams to deliver the projects Influencing global teams for project-oriented work and building consensus within groups to move in the strategic direction Working closely with colleagues across regions to ensure the best solution is delivered in a timely fashion by sharing components and experience Acting as an ambassador for the team and have excellent analytical skills, knowledge complex existing Access Management products, services and ecosystems What were looking for: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, experience in Information Security & Identity or Access Management domain at big financial Excellent knowledge of the Customer IAM landscape with experience of multiple CIAM projects using any of the leading vendor products - ForgeRock, Okta Good skills of fraud & security technologies such as multi-factor authentication, threat intelligence, transaction monitoring and identity Experience in system design and architecture with good knowledge of Cyber Security, Microservices based architecture, DevOPS, Cryptography, Network Security Skills that will help you in the role: Familiarity in Authentication protocols and standards like SAML, OAUTH, Open ID Connect, FIDO and Experience in Regulatory standards like: UK Open Banking Hands-on, results-oriented, delivery-driven individual requiring minimal guidance; Track record of successful project delivery Ability to prioritize, work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment; Ability to identify, communicate and provision for project risks Experience in developing and managing third party supplier and Outsourcing relationships Where will you be workingYou will be based in London.
