DESCRIPTIONThe Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) Learning and Development Team is looking for a talented and visionary Senior Manager to lead our EU-based central Learning Program Manager team who will be responsible for the delivery and management of training solutions for Associates and Managers for multiple businesses across GSF. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capability and will be able to communicate effectively, prioritize, and provide the highest quality learning experiences to teams throughout GSF in the UK and Continental EU.This position reports to the GSF Senior Manager of Learning and Development. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with other teams on process optimization to make jobs more productive, safer, and producing higher quality output with easier to learn roles. In this high-visibility role, you will work directly with senior Operations leadership, HR, Ops Integration teams, and Compliance teams to determine the best strategies for delivering onboarding and training solutions to Associates and Managers while adapting programs to accommodate country-by-country regulations and requirements and keeping pace with organizational change management. You will also provide inputs to Tech and other teams to enable GSF’s transition to new modalities of training delivery, such as in-app automated training, embedded performance support, associate self-service support mechanisms, and gamified learner experiences. You will lead your team to make data-based recommendations for process improvement and simplification on behalf of your internal customers – GSF’s Associates and Leaders.The primary responsibilities include:· Partner with senior Operations, HR, Compliance, Ops Integration, and Tech teams to tailor GSF Standard Training approaches to UK and EU-specific needs· Develop strategies and processes to ensure effective delivery of global training programs· Contribute to reporting on training activities and analyze data to drive results and learning effectiveness· Create and manage the communication strategy for promoting and highlighting key training processes and activities across the GSF EU network· Balance speed, resources, and training needs for the GSF Associate and Leader populations in multiple businesses· Manage a diverse team based in multiple locations· Work strategically with country and regional leaders to identify innovative learning solutions to operational challenges for Associates and Leaders and work toward standardization of global training approaches with specialization/localization only where necessary· Identify emerging technology solutions to enhance the learning experience and reduce the resources/cost/lead time required to develop and execute training for Leaders and Associates· Drive alignment to standard learning solutions as well as gaining feedback from the operational teams on areas of improvement
