We are delighted to be working exclusively with a very nice, growing firm of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys in their search for a Senior IP Paralegal to join them. The role is a new role to the firm, and will play a crucial part of the firms growth plans in the future. You will really have the chance to make the role your own, and would be a great opportunity for an existing patent paralegal/administrator with knowledge of records, formalities and also UK, EP & PCT filings.The role will be handling a variety of tasks from docketing the incoming post, to working alongside the firms fee earners to file patent applications. You will also be exposed to national phase filings and the formalities that accompany this.You must be a proactive, go-getting individual, with a real attention to detail. This is a great chance for someone to make a stamp on a firm that are open to streamlining procedures. If you are CIPA qualified individual, this would be preferrable.
