Job Description

Position - Senior Intune EngineerLocation - London (Fully Remote)Salary - £70,000 - £80,000 + BenefitsWe are working with a digital cross border remittance business that provides international money transfer and remittance services in more than 130 countries and over 70 currencies.Currently going through a period of transformation & acquisition they are seeking a Senior Intune Engineer to join their growing Global Digital Workspace team.Reporting to the Global Digital Workplace Manager, you will have/be:

  • An expert level of experience with and as an Intune SME Engineer.
  • Experience of supporting cloud based and SaaS application, including Okta, Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), Microsoft 365, Slack, Atlassian products etc.
  • Strong experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Expert level knowledge of and the ability to perform advanced troubleshooting on browser based applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of various IT systems including email, document storage, identity, device management.
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices around data security and identity management.
  • Act as an escalation point for the IT Operations Team for technical issues.
  • Ideally exposure and experience of Google Workspace Administration and Google Cloud Identity, including user management, devices, applications.
  • Demonstrate strong technical acumen and troubleshooting skills with the ability to coach junior colleagues and bring a strong technical maturity to the wider Corp IT team.
  • Have strong documentation skills and be able to articulate technical aspects to both technical and non-technical audiences.
