Job Description

A very exciting interim Senior Internal Comms Manager position has come up. Its a mat cover role and starting in July/August for a 12 month period. You will be reporting into the Head of Comms. The role is for a financial services firm and they are lookingto interview in June.Client DetailsFinancial services firm in London who are looking to hire a Senior Internal Comms Manager in London. Hybrid working role. 12 month FTC - starting in July/AugustDescription

  • Drive forward the internal communications workstream for key projects.
  • Prepare internal communications for a variety of channels.
  • Drive the evolution of a Group-wide internal communication framework.
  • Responsible for managing and inputting into internal communication channels.
  • Scope, create and oversee the delivery of internal campaigns, change programmes, employee experience. strategies, key announcements, and other employee communications.
  • Work closely with marketing and communications managers to ensure all communications and campaigns are well targeted, effective and results driven.
  • Lead on the delivery of key communication events and initiatives.
Profile
  • Minimum of 10 years experience
  • Financial services experience
  • Senior Internal Communications experience
  • Excellent written skills
  • Highly organised and deadline-driven, whilst remaining flexible to changing demands
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly establish productive working relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders in multiple jurisdictions
  • A can do attitude, excellent people skills, professional and self-motivated
  • Experience with intranet platforms like Sharepoint, email newsletter tools such as Poppulo and DotDigital, and CMS systems such as WordPress would be hugely beneficial
