Job Description

Senior Innovation StrategistLocation: London (Hybrid Flexibility)Salary: £80,000-£85,000 Base + Comprehensive BenefitsHarnham is collaborating with a dynamic insights advertising and strategy firm seeking a Senior Innovation Strategist to bolster their growing team. This organization specializes in a fusion of marketing, advertising, and innovation, boasting an impressiveroster of clients such as Redbull Racing and Heineken.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:As a Senior Innovation Strategist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with senior leadership to craft and implement business strategies aimed at expanding consumer and brand clientele
  • Cultivating and fostering client partnerships and connections
  • Leading both global and local qualitative and quantitative research endeavors
  • Facilitating and orchestrating ideation workshops to spark creativity in developing new products, services, brands, or communication strategies
  • Guiding brand positioning and brand strategy initiatives
  • Crafting and delivering compelling presentations that effectively convey ideas and narratives to clients
  • Ensuring successful project management, adhering to budget and timeline constraints
  • Contributing to the agencys ongoing diversity and inclusion, mental health, and social initiatives
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:The ideal candidate will possess:
  • At least 8 years of experience in innovation, strategy, and qualitative research, including managerial and/or leadership roles
  • Proven track record of spearheading and executing innovative ideas for prominent clients
  • Prior experience in an advertising strategy environment is essential
  • Specialization in consumer and brand insights and analytics, preferably with expertise in brand tracking and audience segmentation, particularly within consumer goods (e.g., FMCG) and consumer services (e.g., telco)
  • Ability to provide leadership to a growing team of consultants and strategists focused on consumer and brand clients Exceptional communication skills
