Are you an experienced fundraiser with a track record of achieving targets by growing support from Major DonorsHave you generated five and six-figure gifts and multi-year pledges*This is a brand-new opportunity that reflects the significant investment into the expansion and growth of a passionate and results-focused Fundraising team.You will nurture, and secure significant gifts from a growing Fellowship network as well as philanthropists, who you’ll identify as being associated with the organisation and its ecosystem.Establishing cooperative working relationships with appropriate colleagues, senior leaders, volunteers, and other associates of the charity will be key for accurately identifying prospective donors.*Prospective donors will include; high network individuals, academics, entrepreneurs and leaders in industry.*Success will be achieved via a combination of face-to-face, events, and desk-based (teams/phone) relationship building. With support from an exceptional Data Lead and the Head of Fundraising, you will establish a pipeline of opportunity and deliver on allaspects of the donor journey, including research, cultivation, briefing, ask, and stewardship phases for each prospect.Involvement with events is a notable part of this position, and you will proactively participate in and support existing cultivation and stewardship events. Where appropriate, you will help to create, organise, and manage fundraising events to solicit support.*There is no line management responsibility for this position.*If you have a natural flair for building and nurturing productive relationships, an eye for opportunity, and practical experience of what leverage looks like, we welcome you to apply.**This is a hybrid role, with flexibility for the two days at their London office.
