Job Description

Senior IFA Support Administrator, Central London Salary up to £40,000 dependent upon experience and additional benefits, option to undertake an element of home working.This is an an excellent and interesting opportunity to work for a London based Wealth Management firm who assist Corporate Executives, small business owners and professionals with their financial planning needs. It is a business who provide holistic financialplanning to mass affluent, time poor London professionals and also specialise in taking clients from being mortgage clients to wealth management clients.Do you currently work within Wealth Management supporting Financial Planners and ensuring a smooth delivery of excellent customer service and client communication Are you responsible for pro-actively on boarding new clients, preparing advice letters, liaisingwith existing clients to update them on the progress of enquiries or new business and servicing changesThen this could be of interest to you.The role is essentially a balance of Client Relationship Management and Paraplanning for Pensions, Investments and Protection.You will be expected to :

  • Ensure new business is processed in an efficient and compliant manner with providers
  • Manage client service requests and their expectations to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain and update client files and internal records with progress of transactions in line with business standards
  • Arrange annual reviews and preparing relevant documentation
  • Assist Financial Planners in analysing information and preparing recommendation reports
  • Carry out fund top ups/withdrawals/transfers/switches and rebalances accurately within agreed time frames
  • Help to develop client proposition including the delivery of marketing seminars and webinars
In order to be considered you will need:
  • 3 years Financial Services including experience of client servicing
  • Strong experience within DC Pension switch work is desirable
  • Level 4 Diploma or working towards Level 4 Diploma
  • Good financial planning, technical and compliance knowledge Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems - Word, Excel and diary management
  • The ability to put clients at the heart of what you do and provide an excellent service to them
