The team at Fram are working with a fantastic Wealth Manager who are looking to appoint an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team in a newly created position. The purpose of the position will be to ensure that the administration team are running efficiently and supporting them with any additional tasks, including providing support for client-facing members of the team, working on data projects and ensuring administrative processes are developed and maintained.As the senior IFA administrator, you will also be required to assist with the delivery of training and new systems for staff and to work closely with the Compliance department to ensure any new processes meet their requirements. A key part of the role is supporting the effective use of Intelligent Office (iO) as a back office system, and improving its efficiency. This is a varied position and there is the potential to progress into a more senior position after a couple of years.To be considered for the position, you must have minimum 2/3 years’ experience in a similar position within financial services, from either an administrative or more operational background. You will be strategic, have excellent IT skills and have sound understanding of the FCA rules and compliance. A CII certificate or another financial qualification would be considered advantageous but is not essential for the position.
