£60,000 - £65,000 SENIOR HOUSEKEEPER with HOUSE MANAGEMENT responsibilities required to look after a penthouse apartment close to Waterloo. The boss is only in residence two weeks of the month. When he is not in residence your duties will include ensuringimmaculate upkeep of the property and liaising with the Private PA to ensure any repairs are carried out so that the property is always in great condition. Full Housekeeping, he sometimes has guests visiting at short notice so all areas of the apartment needto be ready to use at all times.Cleaning duties include the upkeep of this three bedroom apartment and large entertaining areas including the outside terrace, kitchen and bathrooms. Laundry including hand washing where necessary or taking garments to specialist dry cleaners. Liaising withhis PA to ensure that all clothing and personal items are where they should be as he moves between different properties. Ensuring that the fridge, bar and bathrooms are stocked with everything he needs before his arrival.When he is in residence the hours of the position will be unstructured as he doesnt plan his movements in advance. The role wont involve very late nights but there will be last minute requests to run errands, organise dinners (outside staff are broughtin if any cooking / serving is required) and to generally be on hand to ensure that all aspects of his stay run smoothly.As a number of his acquaintances are in the public eye we require someone who is discreet with great attention to detailed, and really dedicated to looking after people, ensuring all their needs are met.
