We are seeking a talentedand strategic Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in scaling our business to new heights.Key Responsibilities:GTM activation: Working in partnership with the Chief Revenue Officer, and CEO, drive go-to-market activations.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for the B2B SaaS MarTech solution targeting the midmarket e-commerce sector.Content Strategy: Audit and reprioritize existing content library and take over management of the content calendar. Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling, relevant content that resonates with e-commerce companies globally.Product Led Marketing & Lead Generation: Working in partnership with the CRO, Sales, and SDR teams, implement lead generation initiatives, optimize conversion funnels, create sales enablement materials, and nurture leads through marketingautomation to drive qualified opportunities for the sales team.Performance Marketing: Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads, display ads) and optimize budgets to maximize ROI with use of agencies.Testing and Optimization: Conduct regular audits and testing to optimize marketing campaigns for improved results.Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and market gaps.Requirements:
