Senior Growth Marketing Manager - B2B SaaS MarTech StartupPermanent, full-timeFully remote workingSalary £80,000 per annum + share scheme and benefits package Are you a data-driven, innovative marketer with a passion for driving growth in the dynamic world of B2B SaaS MarTech Our client is a cutting-edge startup revolutionizing the way e-commerce businesses leverage marketing technology. We are seeking a talentedand strategic Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in scaling our business to new heights.Key Responsibilities:GTM activation: Working in partnership with the Chief Revenue Officer, and CEO, drive go-to-market activations.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for the B2B SaaS MarTech solution targeting the midmarket e-commerce sector.Content Strategy: Audit and reprioritize existing content library and take over management of the content calendar. Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling, relevant content that resonates with e-commerce companies globally.Product Led Marketing & Lead Generation: Working in partnership with the CRO, Sales, and SDR teams, implement lead generation initiatives, optimize conversion funnels, create sales enablement materials, and nurture leads through marketingautomation to drive qualified opportunities for the sales team.Performance Marketing: Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads, display ads) and optimize budgets to maximize ROI with use of agencies.Testing and Optimization: Conduct regular audits and testing to optimize marketing campaigns for improved results.Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and market gaps.Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in the MarTech space.
  • Proven experience marketing for Seed, or Series A-B startup.
  • Experience marketing to the midmarket e-commerce space preferred.
  • Ambitious and ready to roll up your sleeves, you will be confident in a first on the ground’ Marketing role with support from senior team members and agencies.
  • Managed Marketing Budgets of circa £100,000 and grew marketing activities as revenues grew. Ideally recruited marketing team members 6-12 months into a first-on-the-ground marketing position.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated experience managing successful growth digital marketing campaigns.
