Senior React Developer - Hybrid - £160,000 We are working with a well-backed Fin-tech company who are revolutionising the financial industry with cutting-edge technology solutions. Their innovative platform is designed to empower individuals and businesses by providing seamless financial services.We are passionate about shaping the future of finance and are seeking a talented Senior Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team.As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the companys products and driving the development of our user interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality front-end solutions that enhancethe user experience and drive business growth. This role also presents an excellent opportunity for someone who aspires to move into a leadership position within the organisation.Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to develop user-friendly, responsive front-end applications.
  • Build robust and scalable web applications using React, ensuring the highest standards of performance, security, and usability.
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges, optimising front-end performance and improving user interfaces.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer.
  • Strong expertise in React.js, including proficiency in React Hooks and Redux.
  • Experience with AWS services and deploying applications on the AWS platform.
  • Proficiency in Docker for containerisation and deployment.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable front-end solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
