Job Description

Senior Frontend Developer - AI Compliance Software!Our client is a YC-backed and well-funded startup, revolutionising employee compliance software, enabling millions of employees in finance, consulting, crypto, and other industries to seamlessly manage their financial wellbeing. They are seeking a talentedand driven Senior Frontend Developer to join their growing team. As one of the first engineering hires, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling the SaaS software.Responsibilities for the Senior Frontend Developer:

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design, develop, and maintain our compliance automation software.
  • Build clean and scalable solutions, tackling diverse problems related to employee compliance restrictions and trading activities.
  • Utilize your expertise in ReactJS and JavaScript to enhance the softwares functionality and user experience.
  • Develop front-end components using HTML and CSS, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user interface.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve our software.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as an independent contributor or in a management role, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Demonstrated track record of team leadership, either formally or informally.
  • Passion for solving complex problems and building innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
