Job Description

This is an opportunity for a Senior FP&A Manager to join a listed and globally recognised consumer brand, based in Central London but with remote working available. The role has arisen due to an internal promotion and is an opportunity to work for a business that has achieved significant growth in 2020 including a 20% increase in global revenue.Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will be working as the most senior member of the FP&A team and will have direct responsibility for managing a small team. The role offers a global remit and will partner with senior stakeholders based both in the UK and internationally, this includes regular presentations to the exec team.Responsibilities:

  • Ownership for the financial plans and quarterly reforecasts for the EMEA region
  • Overseeing the monthly and quarterly reporting including creating and presenting monthly packs for the executive committee
  • Commentary on business performance including challenging and influencing senior stakeholders on the monthly and quarterly results
  • Working as the key business partner to several departments within the business
  • Development and management of a team of Analysts including creation of a clear succession plan within your team
  • Ad-hoc reporting as required by the business
  • Continuously looking at ways to improve business processes and efficiencies and managing implementation accordingly
    • To be considered for you must have a minimum of 5 years experience operating at FP&A Manager level. You will have experience working in an FP&A role for a global business, consumer industry knowledge is beneficial. The ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders is key to the success of this role, prior experience presenting to executive teams is essential. You will be a natural leader with the ability to develop your team as well as the ability to manage upwards.
