Commercial Finance AnalystFinTech scaleup£55-60k + BenefitsLondon (hybrid)Talentedge have been exclusively engaged by an exceptionally high growth and innovative FinTech scaleup who have huge plans for international expansion and development of their product. This is a fantastic time to join this dedicated and ambitious financeteam!In this newly created role, reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager (and direct exposure to the CFO), as Commercial Finance Analyst you will be responsible for supporting on all commercial activities in the business and help in building out a robustand scalable FP&A function that will support all commercial decision making in the business as it grows.Key responsibilities include:· Monitor KPIs, analysing trends and making actionable recommendations· Business partnering stakeholders of all levels across several departments to aid commercial decision making· Support the Commercial Finance Manager on the quarterly budgeting and reforecasting process· Assist development of new business cases for new products and markets· Assist development and continuous improvement of management reporting across the business· Assist continuous development of the FP&A function including review of systems, tools, controls, and processes to ensure the most appropriate and accurate insights can be generated· Support the Commercial Finance Manager in any future fundraising and M&A activitiesProfile:· Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)· Experience of working within (or with, if coming straight from practice) a high growth tech business· Experience working in a FinTech company is desirable· NetSuite and/or Tableau experience is desirable· Advanced Excel and strong analysis skills· Happy to roll sleeves up and get stuck inThis opportunity is not to be missed so please get in touch ASAP!
