Job Description

Its a really exciting time for us, as we continue to grow through the power of data and digital trends were looking for an analytical senior forecaster.The RoleA great opportunity to make a real difference for our colleagues and customers, taking ownership and responsibility to ensure that we have the correct level of resource, in the right place at the right time when our customers need us. The successful candidate will help mentor and support a team of tenured planners through transformational change by introducing new forecasting and planning models.Were offering maximum flexibility, either based at home or at any of our three UK offices; Bexhill group head office, our dynamic operational Leicester office or our London Cannon Street office.How you will make a difference:

  • Mentor and coach peers across Operations and Claims Operations to enhance forecasting skills
  • Focusing on delivering plans aligned to agreed budgets
  • Creating, managing and evolving our multi-channel models
  • Managing and evolving our tracking metrics and forecasting models
  • Supporting the leadership team to evolve our Forecasting governance processes
  • Analyzing & interpreting a high volume of customer contact data
  • Skills and experience were looking for:As a growing business this role is critical to our Planning delivery and success, it will be exciting, busy, varied and challenging so a hands-on approach is key.You will have advanced experience using Microsoft Excel, and data manipulation skills. We would like to have a strong understanding of capacity planning and resource planning models, particularly in a contact centre environment.You will be passionate about sharing your ideas to engage and enthuse some of our most senior stakeholders on our journey, so excellent communication skills is important.Benefits for you
