Job Description

Altum Consulting are actively supporting a listed property business to recruit a Senior Financial Accountant on a 12 month FTC, with an office based in Central London.As the Senior Financial Accountant your role will involve:

  • Regular month end reporting
  • Writing technical accounting papers for presentation to senior stakeholders and board members
  • Prepare management reports that reflect targets and future budgets projections
  • Presentation of key financial information to senior stakeholders in a fast paced environment
  • Ad-hoc cover for the Financial Manager
  • Improving systems and processes where possible
    • The ideal candidate for the Senior Financial Accountant role will be:
  • Big 4 qualified
  • 3+ years PQE in industry
  • Available at short notice
  • Keen to Business Partner and work across a mixture of Management Accounting
  • Post qualification experiance within the property sector is preferable
