You will report into the Head of Finance as well as help train and manage the Assistant Accountant. They are looking to offer the successful candidate up to £65,000 + great benefits and bonus. The company is based in Hertfordshire and have an onsite chef!Your Role: * Taking ownership of the month end processes* Leading the balance sheet reconciliation processes* Help support the Head of Finance with the year end audit* Challenge and build on current financial internal processes* Dealing with the returns including VAT, WHT and Corp TaxYour Skills & Qualifications:* Have 5+ years experience in Financial Accounting* Leading experience would be advantageous* Someone with experience in Financial Services would be desirable but not essential* Someone who can demonstrate hitting deadlines and keen to get involved with improving processesIf you are interested in this role please apply or contact Simran at Trace Recruitment directly.
