This role is offered on a 4 or 5 day a week basis.Working closely with the Finance and Resources Manageryou will coordinate the day to day running of the Finance function, overseeing the Finance Assistants work and coordinating the administration of finance activities. You will provide robust financial data for use by the organisation in planning and controllingthe income and expenditure of the charity, providing accurate and timely information and monthly management reports. You will also lead on reconciliations, bookkeeping and payroll and support the Finance and Resources Manager to plan, produce and manage budgets,forecasts and cash flow analysis.Our client is looking for candidates who are AAT/CIMA/ACCA part qualified/qualified or qualified by experience and who have a good understanding of financial and accounting systems and processes. You will have a familiaritywith budget preparations and audits and be capable of using accountancy software; Sage experience is advantageous.
