Job Description A leading International US Asset Manager based in the UK is looking to hire a Senior Corporate Accountant on a 12-month FTC to help manage the audit, consolidation, and regulatory functions of the gro A leading International US Asset Manager based in the UK is looking to hire a Senior Corporate Accountant on a 12-month FTC to help manage the audit, consolidation, and regulatory functions of the group corporate entities. The role is due to internal promotionsand requires someone with a strong technical skill set to help with year-end and accounting policy. Role Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing the preparation of Financial Statements for the corporate entities within the group including Consolidated financial statements under FRS 102 and other entities including US GAAP, Singapore IFRS
  • Managing the Financial Statements audit process for the corporate entities within the group
  • Managing the consolidation process for the group under FRS 102
  • Managing the Regulatory filings under FCA, including ICAAP
Experience Required
  • ACA, ACCA Qualified
  • Asset Management, Private Equity, and Infrastructure experience industry experience is needed
  • Previous Audit experience would be ideal
  • Strong technical accounting experience is required
