Job Description

Cobalt is working alongside a reputable real-estate company to find a Senior Facilities Manager to take on a leadership role within a mixed-use Estate in Central London.A strong level of customer service is a must for this role, as the successful candidate looks to take the estate to the next level in terms of tenant, client, and stakeholder relationships.The Senior Facilities Manager will be leading a forward-thinking team of Facilities Professionals and continue fostering a collaborative culture while providing a modern management service in line with company values.The role will include, but not limited to:

  • Provide guidance a team of Facilities Professionals in an environment that fosters development and collaboration.
  • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
  • Set, manage and reconcile service charge and operational budgets.
  • Carry out regular property inspections and estate walkabouts while flagging and escalating findings if necessary.
  • Ensure day-to-day running of the estate is of the highest standard.
  • Building lasting relationships with tenants while offering a first-class facilities management service.
