Job Description

Senior Environmental Planner LondonHR 11484Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experienceAn excellent opportunity has become available for a Senior Environmental Planner to join a established Planning Consultancy as part of their established team in central London. The successful Senior Environmental Planner will be responsible for leading awide variety of Environmental Planning and EIA projects across the South East.The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment
  • Chartered status with the RTPI or will be working towards this
  • Demonstrable project management experience
  • Previous experience in the coordination of EIAs
  • An in depth knowledge of the technical aspects of EIA disciplines
  • A proven ability to write professional reports
Within the role the successful Senior Environmental Planner will be:
  • Coordinating planning applications for a range of client projects
  • Coordinating EIA projects
  • Managing projects and sub-consultants
  • Developing new business opportunities and preparing tenders
  • Liaising with clients
