Job Description

Senior Energy Consultant - Home Based - PermanentRef: DB1466Competitive Salary Plus Benefits Our client is looking for an experienced Energy Consultant to join their well-established specialist energy performance firm. The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to help clients optimise their energy efficiency and help drive their journeyto net zero.To be considered for this Senior Energy Consultant role you will have:

  • Non-Domestic Energy Assessor Qualification
  • Domestic Energy Assessor Qualification
  • TM44 Assessor Qualification
  • Relevant industry experience and management experience
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Brilliant time management and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willing to travel to sites
  • Experience using SBEM/Design Builder
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent analytical and report writing skills
Working as a Senior Energy Consultant you will:
  • Undertake site inspections and analyse findings
  • Manage, train, and support junior members of staff
  • Issue Energy Performance Certificates and complete written reports
  • Complete property condition inspections and audits
  • Be organised with general administration
  • Build long lasting client relationships
