The memcom recruitment team are looking for DPIA Project Officer on behalf of professional body based in Central London.The Digital Project Manager will work as part of a team of Project Managers (which support the organisation to deliver high priority projects efficiently, on budget and to agreed timescales), leading on all aspects of defined digital projects, taking responsibility for delivery, establishing best practice processes and all project documentation.You will lead the projects end-to-end, build effective relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, translate requests into technical tasks for external developers and designers and collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure detailed project plans which include scope, measurable success factors, timescales, any risks or dependencies, and all required resources and skills.You will also commit to strong project governance, ensure robust processes are in place and create essential project documentation (such as briefs, Statements of Work, tech specs, GANTS and risk registers).The successful candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience of developing substantial digital projects, across a variety of projects, as well as the credibility to be able to engage with stakeholder and build collaboration amongst project members. You will also have good understanding of web development processes, system structures and software development and be adept at using Prince 2 and Agile development methodologies (such as SCRUM).Finally, you will be results and delivery focussed, committed to delivering high-quality projects, highly organised, with meticulous planning skills and attention to detail.
