Job Description

Our client is a global Digital marketing agency and looking for number of project managers with retail marketing.Our Client provide an end-to-end service to our clients from strategic planning, design, production and operations of retail stores (permanent & temporary), pop-up activations, FF&E production to roadshows and events (new product launches, media events andmore).In the role of RX Senior Project Manager you will be independently managing and running/owning larger projects ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded.The PM will be the key interface between the appropriate Agency disciplines as the main point of contact and liaison between Production Manager, Designer, relevant team members and subcontractors to ensure all projects are delivered with a highest quality,on-time, within scope, and budget.The day to day looks like

  • Be responsible for the planning, management and delivery of projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and to agreed specification
  • Ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met
  • Manage project status reporting
  • Schedule a regular team meetings and manage communications between team members
  • Participate in the development of integrated solutions that leverage agency offerings and are mutually beneficial for the client and the agency
  • Manage and coordinate project deliverables with various stakeholders, including Account, Production, external sub-contractors and the clients
  • Identify appropriate project resource requirement, work with Production Director and HoD to recruit necessary contractors / specialists where required
  • Budget management
  • Evaluate the success of the project against project planning
  • Maintain and build key relationships with existing managers within the Agency and with existing managers of external contractors
  • Corporate with Digital team to run omni channel business and projects
  • Develop business opportunity with the management and account director
  • Creating a solution for the business and project challenges
RequirementsString to your bow
  • Strong IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively and multi-task
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Teamwork - able to work closely with team members across the Agency
  • Well developed, positive interpersonal skills
  • Able to take independent, proactive action to resolve challenges
  • Solution driven (effective problem solving skills), ability to provide alternative plans when required
  • Solid organisational skills and sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills - both spoken and written in English
  • Strong presentation skills - clear, concise, effective skills for briefing team members and external contractors
