Our achievements through the decades are down to the peoplewe employ and the opportunities we give them to succeed.With so many stand-out projects and opportunities ahead, now is the perfect time to join our family-owned business, and proudly build Britains future heritage with us.The Senior Digital Delivery Manager roleThe remit of the PACT team is to drive the adoption of the underlying digital processes and supporting technologies that will evolve over time.This role will focus on ensuring all project information, data, records and documentation are consistently managed,fully traceable, auditable, and controlled across the lifecycle of a project all in accordance with the Information Management Review document (IMR).The key responsibilities have been defined under strategy, people, process and technology as follows:-Strategy

• Support the Head of Digital Delivery in the continued development of the overall digital strategy, deployment and future operating model
• Review opportunities arising for new digital development workstreams

People

• Act as the key point of contact (for new projects in the London region) in all matters in relation to the deployment of project digital tools and supporting processes/protocols and provide ongoing support in the mobilisation and continued adoption
• Provide line management to the Digital Delivery Managers
• Provide mentoring and leadership for the Project based Information/document controllers across the London region
• Promote overall awareness and understanding to the London Region and the project teams of business standard processes for information management and current and emerging industry/project standards
• Undertake/support recruitment (when required) of new Project based Information/document controllers
• Work within the London region and across all London Projects to identify short term resource gaps and provide options for resolution
• Working with both the project and other members of the PACT team drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learnt including providing cross project reporting and analytics

Process

• Periodically review the CMS and Business wide information management standards and update as required
• Monitor and drive compliance to the defined protocols and standards for collaborative working and information exchange within the London region projects
• Monthly (or as defined) collate all project compliance reporting provided by the PACT team and deliver to the Head of Digital Delivery

Technology

• Provide clear direction to project team on the use of the defined project information management tools, including CDE, Field data app, Mailbox, Shared Drive, Dalux, Datascope and Site Diary app
• Assist with development, testing and adoption of future software releases and maintain good relationships with software vendors
• Collate and provide feedback on key systems regarding performance and future development of functionality to Head of Digital Delivery
