Job Description

The Role:The Senior Digital Content Managerwill be passionate about digital marketing, content and tech with rich experience in planning and executing creative and commercial, digital activations and campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Digital Content, you will successfullydrive the marketing strategy across all digital touchpoints for new product campaigns, new technology releases and all offline events thinking innovatively to provide an enriched customer experience that both educates and entertains the customer and drivestraffic to our D2C channels.The role and responsibilities:

  • Oversee the running of the global digital marketing and campaigns function, leading in the creative ideation and execution of revoltionary, digital first campaign activations for new product launches, new tech projects and brand equity moments focusingon driving traffic, high customer engagement, and conversion
  • The key digital stakeholder for all product marketing campaigns, driving an innovative digital first approach, thinking limitlessly to achieve large scale, highly talked about, traffic driving campaigns - working alongside global and regional marketingfunctions
  • Establish first class campaigns for all red carpet, backstage and runway opportunities, working with the communications team to capitlise on these moments to drive traffic to our .com and App channels
  • Develop and maintain the digital content calendar and strategy across all digital touchpoints to align the narrative for each campaign to deliver an exciting, streamlined marketing plan
  • Oversee all digital content briefs across visuals, video and copy to creatively bring the marketing plans to life in easy to understand, attention grabbing formats
  • Work with the Tech team to identify new cutting edge, technological advancements to enhance the customer offering onsite for new campaigns and develop large scale marketing campaigns to launch them
  • Recruit new audiences working with the social and influencer teams to ensure we consistently drive our digital D2C channels from all marketing platforms and all partnerships
  • Ensure a optimised customer experience at all touch points of the journey offsite and onsite including PR, social, email and performancing marketing
  • Proactively use data to drive decisions to optimise future activity and work reactively to ensure continued high performance
  • Constantly seek to improve team and stakeholder processes to drive efficiency and ensure all go live deadlines are met
  • Managing and developing the Digital Campaigns team providing clear guidance, proactive coaching and support across all projects and BAU activity
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, specifically within digital is a must
  • Experience working with creative, marketing, communications and technology teams
  • Experience in launching large scale marketing campaigns for both physical product and/or technical products
  • Experience managing a multi-skilled team
  • Thrive working in a fast-paced, continually adapting environment with multiple moving projects and targets
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, forward think and manage own time is imperative
  • Thinks both highly creatively and commercially with an innovative flare
  • Highly organised, with attention to detail and strong project management skills
  • Genuine, patient, malleable, enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Eager to learn and values continued self-development and the development of others
  • Looking for someone from a marketing agency or brand background with experience in beauty, luxury products and tech
