With continual investment & growth that has seen the business double their Digital Product team headcount in the last 6 months, the business is looking to continually scale on their online offerings across mobile, web, chat and other digital channels. As part of this fantastic journey, there is an immediate need for the organisation to hire a Senior Digital Analyst to help streamline and optimise their online customer journeys.Sitting within a wider Digital Acquisition team, you will be joining a team of like-minded and driven commercial digital analysts, and widely partnering with various cross functional internal business units including: web/dev/App teams, product managers & business analysts, digital marketing and implementation specialists. Your day to day wil involve hands on digital & technical analytics across: reporting and dashboards, optimising online customer journeys through insights, supporting tagging, development and implementation of digital assets as well as working on new initiatives such as self service offerings.The ideal candidate will have wide experience across:
