Senior DevOps Engineer required to join a growing Fintech organisation in London to help advance their cutting edge platform used by many large financial companies. Over the past four years, my clients platform has made considerable ground in the market transforming the way data is stored, accessed, analysed and ultimately increase transparency. This is a brand new position in the company working closely with company leaders to shape the DevOps team and play an integral role in the companys growth.The DevOps team works alongside the wider IT departments working on the application landscape ensuring their platform is secure to launch to larger organisations. The main remit for this position is to build Kubernetes clusters, write operators, contribute to projects whilst acting as a mentor to junior engineers educating them on areas such as AWS, Kubernetes and Concourse. Given the remit of this position, you will have solid experience with Golang, Kubernetes, Bash, Docker and Terraform and exposure to AWS (other cloud provides will also be of interest) and a mixed background in Windows/Linux Server Administration (build/configuration etc.) and CI/CD version control is also what we would like to see on your profile.
