Senior DevOps Engineer - Banking - 115k+bonus Are you passionate about automation Looking to make a step into DevOps Opportunity to join the quant tech team at an innovative Bank with a cutting edge open source tech stack. The quant tech team is currently4 people in London (who are predominantly developers) looking for someone with a passion for automation to lead the operational side of cluster maintenance. They are rolling out to the US and have already started the same process in ASIAPAC so its fast becominga global platform. They have regional support teams so rarely any out of hours calls. The stack consists of Kubernetes, AWS, Dusk, Airflow, Bazel, Jupiter and GIT. Theyve even built bots inhouse that manage the code base and govern approvals through a continuousdeployment platform that this team also built and own. This role isnt a pure techy one as it involves reaching out to other teams, paperwork for the platform/vendors, rolling servers regularly to keep up to date etc. as well as migration work. The ideal candidatewill have a technical background supporting or administering Linux, some container experience and ideally Python scripting but more importantly they want someone to really own the automation of the infrastructure and have a passion for continuous improvementand being a platform owner.
