Job Description

Senior Data ScientistLondon£75,000 - £90,000Join a global leader in the Renewable Energy space working on using AI to understand battery power and battery optimisationThis renewable energy company are working on wind turbines, net zero and battery storage optimisation - a great mission to join! Youll be joining a small global team of Data Scientists working on exciting projects involving time series forecasting and deeplearning.THE ROLEAs a Senior Data Scientist for the business you will:

  • Use Python to build machine learning models to forecast battery power, battery efficiency and battery storage systems
  • Liaise with product teams, engineering teams and UX teams to ensure products are delivered efficiently
  • Help deliver new projects using Deep Learning i.e. Chatbot systems to improve their customer service
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Strong academic background to Degree level in a relevant subject
  • Experience with Battery Science either in academia or commercially
  • Commercial experience in Data Science building time series forecasting models
  • Excellent coding skills using Python
  • Deep Learning knowledge
  • Experience building machine learning models
  • Tech: Python, SQL
SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • Basic salary £75,000 - £90,000
  • Hybrid working - 1-2 days per week in the office
