Job Description

Global CROs, Fully home based, Extremely attractive package Your new companyThe business are a Global CRO who are in the midst of mass expanding across the entire company with a clear emphasis on their Biometrics function. Specifically, they are searching for a Senior Data Manager to join the department and become the project lead for several major studies.As a company, they are one of the fastest growing CROs in the industry due to the reputation of the quality and integrity of their deliverables. This has seen them continuously expand and develop their clients, which has dramatically increased the workload throughout the business.Your new role

  • Manage the projects which are assigned to you, providing leadership to the Data Management team in the process
  • Key POC to clients for all Data Management deliverables
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of junior members of the team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure study timelines are met
  • Ensure all Data Management deliverables are conducted to company SOPs
  • Create and review project specific documentation, including Data Management Plan, Data Management file etc
  • Verify and perform UAT of configured databases
  • Create and review CRF and eCRF completion guidelines, EDC system manuals etc
    • What youll need to succeed
  • Multiple years experience within Data Management in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Educated to degree level within life sciences or a related field
  • Proven project management skills
  • Excellent soft skills
