They are a a major player in their sector and are looking to continue growing their business and bring in the most exciting talent on the market.Job Responsibilities/ObjectivesYou will be focusing on pipelines that manage data in a scalable and repeatable way, produce code that will automate data ingestion and cleansing as well as apply the transformations that are necessary to achieve the targeted format. You will also assist otherteams across the business with developing data integration solutions and initiatives. You will also ensure that data delivery architecture is fully optimised and consistent throughout projects.1. Analyse and organise raw data2. Understand, build and develop ETL and data integration solutions using a wide array of technologies and data sources3. Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability4. Devise and create new process improvements for automation and data delivery optimisation5. Conduct work using Azure based infrastructure for applications and hosting data solutionsRequired Skills/ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have the following:1. Experience in a Data Engineering role2. Hands on experience in developing and maintaining ETL processes 3. Extensive SQL and databse skills4. Good knowledge of the Azure stackDesirable Skills/ExperienceAlthough not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:1. Previous experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD2. Scripting experience with Apache Spark and PySpark3. Strong analytic skills when working with structured or unstructured data sets4.
