Senior Customer Partner (Complaints)£30 to £32 per hour (Umbrella) depending on experienceHome Based37 hrs per week2-3 month contract initially, with potential for further work after this periodDo you have a passion for providing resolution to customer complaints by utilising you excellent verbal and written communication skillsBRC are working in conjunction with a leading Housing Association who believe in providing everyone with the opportunity to have a place they can call Home.They are a customer-driven organisation who are committed to building relationships with their customers, and this is where you will be instrumental in providing this service when customers have a complaintComplaints are taken very seriously by our client and your role will be to respond to complaints in a robust, empathetic and professional manner to provide resolution to the customer. You should be resilient with an aptitude for complaints. You will be thefirst point of contact for the customer and will by liaising with the internal experts for responses to the complaints , then replying to the complaints once the investigation has been completed.This role would ideally suit someone with a background in dealing with customer complaints previously, in either a Social Housing, Local Authority, Police Force or Government Setting.
