Commercial Bank, Senior CX Manager - Proposition Development, Journey Mapping, Insights & Research A leading banking organisationthat is currently deploying various programmes in their commercial banking division, is now on the lookout for a strategic and commercial Senior CX Manager to support various BAAS & embedded finance initiatives. This will be a partnership and end customerfocused Customer Experience design role where you will have the opportunity to own, lead, craft and shape various customer journeys, touchpoints and roadmaps within commercial bank. Reporting into the Customer Experience Director, this will be a standaloneindividual contributor where your day to day will involve synthesising customer research & insights to provide various business recommendations alongside proposition development with a core focus on CX design thinking. This will be a strategic, customer ledtype of role where you will be working cross functionally with various internal stakeholder groups, where you will be obtaining buy in from colleagues and wider teams. The ideal candidate profile will: Come from a professional services, consultancy or broaderfinancial services background. Have demonstrated success with previous customer product or proposition development. A strong background with CX Design, Research, Insights, Journey Mapping, Digital Product Ownership or related service design experience. Bringstrong stakeholder management, influencing and communications skills.
