Develop and enhance credit risk strategies for lending portfolios utilizing data-driven methodologies to assess and manage credit risk effectively.
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer credit profiles, trends, and economic indicators to identify potential risks and opportunities in the portfolio.
Lead a team of credit risk analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and business development, to align credit risk strategies with overall business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
Proven experience in credit risk analysis, strategy development, and portfolio management within lending
Strong proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SAS, R, or Python, and experience with data visualization tools.
Previous experience leading or managing a team of credit risk analysts is a plus.
Familiarity with credit scorecards, decision trees, and other credit risk models.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders effectively.
A self-motivated and results-driven attitude, with a passion for achieving excellence in credit risk management.
