Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Credit Controller to efficiently manage our property portfolios credit control function. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively withina team setting.Client DetailsOur client is a well-established property company, managing an impressive portfolio across London.   • Senior Credit Controller:
  • Responsible for managing the credit control function of the property portfolio.
  • Ensure timely collection of rents and other charges from tenants.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Liaise with tenants to resolve payment issues.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure proper recording of financial transactions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on debt levels and aged debt.
  • Work closely with the property management team to manage tenant relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.
ProfileA successful Senior Credit Controller should have:
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Excellent understanding of credit control procedures and best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in using finance software.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
