Job Description

A Global PR Agency focused within Beauty and Fashion industry are seeking a Senior Credit Controller to join their growing team. With Hybrid working, reporting directly into a CFO and FD this is a great opportunity to make a real impact in a business.The Role - Senior Credit Controller

  • Responsible for the collection of payment for overdue invoices
  • Cashflow reporting
  • Consistant liaison with the US office regarding any queries
  • Identify invoice queries and assist in resolution by liaising with appropriate business departments
  • Accurate cash posting and allocation
  • Responsible for keeping notes on all unpaid invoices
  • Resolving client payment issues
  • Meeting alongside the FD and CFO to discuss any issues relating to cashflow
  • Escalation of unresolved issues as required
  • Assisting with the implementation of new Credit Control procedures to make chasing payments as efficient as possible
The Person - Senior Credit Controller
  • Strong experience in Credit Control is essential
  • Exposure working within a international business liaising with offices abroad would be very helpful
  • Experience with the Media industry would be advantageous
  • Experience in updating Credit Control processes would be ideal
