Job Description

Senior Credit ControllerWaterbeach (hybrid working)£40,000-£50,000An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading Waterbeach based company, seeking a driven and results focused Credit Controller to join the existing finance team.The successful candidate will take over the management of the growing Credit Control function, and will report into the Head of Finance. Duties to include:

  • Oversea client on boarding and credit checking
  • Monitor credit status of existing clients
  • Build relationships with clients and internal sales staff
  • Actively chase clients/customers for outstanding monies via telephone/email
  • Dealing with/resolving invoice queries from clients/colleagues
  • Preparation of weekly/monthly aged debt reports/statements/analysis
  • Management ofone credit controller
  • Review and improve current processes
This role requires candidates to have substantial credit control experience and understanding, and a passion for their role.You should be extremely well organised, methodical and efficient, and able to use initiative to resolve a range of queries.
