A leading insurance company is seeking a Senior Conversion Rate Optimisation Analyst to join their team. With a salary of £55k, this is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the industry.Company A leader within the Insurance space have been expanding and growing within the Digital space, and with suitable financial and corporate investment have now constructed a thriving hub for Web Analytics and CRO. The product offering of the brand has expandedfar beyond purely insurance, with them offering B2B, B2C and D2C services. This is a great opportunity as the brand and the company are relatively early in their Data Analytics growth in comparison to the potential that they have in this space.RoleIn this role, youll be responsible for driving the companys online conversion rate through data-driven optimizations and A/B testing. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop optimization plans.The current CRO team has a defined structure with key experienced members being available to grow and develop in tandem with the team.Skills Needed

  • Experience managing the end-to-end CRO process
  • Working with tools such as Google Optimise, Optimizely and Adobe Target
  • Commercial experience and background with Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics for reporting across Digital Marketing and Website performance
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will get £45,000 - £55,000.
