Looking to recruit Senior Commercial Lead/Contract Managers with experience of strategic contract management to support on their transformation programmes. Large change programme underway currently and need someone who can sit across the multi-strands to pull together the full commercial view. Require someone who can manage largescale contract change in a complex environment, not only work with but influence stakeholders internally, report back into the Head of Commercial with regards to programme development and commercial implications and work across the rest of the leadership team in commercial to pull together delivery support as required.They will be required to attend programme meetings, map the commercial landscape, develop a roadmap for commercial support, influence stakeholders to adopt commercial positions, develop commercial strategies alongside our Head of Contract Management to work with existing suppliers during the change and to provide regular dashboard reports, issues/risks escalations and present all key decisions.A background in complex contract management in a changing environment is essential preferably with some experience of project and/or programme management.
