We are looking for mid-career and senior specialists with experience in Salesforce or Tableau CRM who can help our clients to imagine, deliver and run to deliver innovative customer analytics solutions and enable data driven customer experiences. With the recent increase in demand for Einstein Analytics solutions from our clients we are looking to expand our team to ensure we are the number one implementation partner globally. We are looking for mid-career and senior specialists with experience in Salesforce (or other comparable BI tools) who can work alongside our clients and other disciplines to deliver top tier projects and provide an outstanding client experience. You will design and implement Salesforce Einstein Analytics solutions to solve challenging business insight requirements for iconic brands. As a technical expert, you will play an important role in leading the delivery of these projects from requirements gathering and configuration, to testing and end user training. Responsibilities • Depending on the size of the project and the client needs, your role will cover a broad range of responsibilities such as technical and solution architecture design, development, prototyping and testing. • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on the "art of the possible" within the products capabilities and limitations. • Design and deliver intuitive, insightful, actionable, and compelling Einstein Analytics applications that are maintainable, performant, and achieve high user adoption. • Ensure solutions are designed is in line with best practices and correct governance, providing quality assurance and subject matter expertise. • Building lasting relationships with executive clients and sponsors. • Contributing to RFP responses and other business development activities. • Deliver internal product training to help grow our capability. • Manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution Your work, your choice At Deloitte we believe the best impact is the value we add, not the hours we sit at our desk. Location: Your home office will be London, but this client-facing role provides opportunity for travel in the UK and overseas. Work pattern: This is a permanent contract opportunity. If you have an interesting or unusual mix of skills yourself, even better. • Were expanding fast, so were looking for people who are natural initiative-takers, who bring out the best in others, are brilliant listeners and can grow our business without compromising standards, integrity, or culture. • A good graduate degree (First or Upper Second) is highly desirable, and you must already have the right to live and work in the UK. • Youll also have strong technical skills including a number of the following: • Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant Certification and experience in other comparable business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Qlikview or Microsoft Power BI • ETL processes for dataset preparation and management and a strong understanding of data concepts and modelling. • Understanding of design aesthetics to develop intuitive and insightful dashboards for desktop and mobile devices. • Strong consulting and/or CRM implementation experience. • Competent in reading and writing JSON, SAQL and APEX (or experience of SQL). • Experience contributing to RFP responses and other sales activities. • Experience delivering projects using agile Scrum methodology. Knowledge or experience with these would be an advantage: • Salesforce Einstein Data Discovery • Technical qualifications/ experience in developing in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem • Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica Cloud, Mulesoft, Jitterbit, Talend, Dell Boomi • Development experience in Apex, VisualForce and Lightning Components. • Experience with development life-cycle, code management strategies, advanced technical concepts, architecture and security approaches and integration approaches • Experience working with web-based Platforms such as Heroku, AWS RDS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure • Meta-data migration between SFDC Sandboxes and Production Orgs using Change Sets and Metadata APIs Your service line: Consulting Our people and the way we work are the two things that set us apart in the consulting universe.
