If this opportunity is of interest to you with some flexibility, please do discuss with us. Your role The Data & Analytics Delivery team sits within our Analytics and Cognitive consulting group. Our practitioners work on challenging projects with leading FTSE 100 clients across strategy, advisory and implementation. As a Data Quality Architect within Deloitte, you will be working within the Data Management team of the Data & Analytics Modernisation practice alongside some of the top experts in the country and on some of the largest and most complex client engagements across a variety of industry sectors. Our projects vary greatly and your responsibility as a Senior Consultant will differ based on the focus of the client engagement and your skillset but could include and may require you to: • Contributing to the analysis of master data requirements, data quality, data governance & data privacy requirements of client organisations • Defining and implementing DQ measures/ rules • Creating functional and technical design documents • Contributing to the development of Test Plans and Test Scripts, and also perform test execution as required • Providing business support in trials, testing and implementation of DQ measures • Support setting up and testing of the infrastructure for DQ tool • Providing information to aid technology-related decision making • Supporting the development of client bids, presentations of proposals and eminence • Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution Your work, your choice At Deloitte we believe the best impact is the value we add, not the hours we sit at our desk. Whilst some clients are London based, we do spend time on site with regional and international clients. Your professional experience We are specifically looking for candidates with both technical and business focused skills, who can articulate the outcomes and value of their work, and have relevant working experience across some of the following: • Experience of at least one end-to-end MDM project as a Data Quality Analyst • Good experience in designing and defining of DQ processes and measures • Experience working with at least one of these master data domains - Customer, Vendor, Employee, Financial, Product or Material • Experience working with at least one leading data quality tools such as Informatica, Trillium, SAP or Talend • Experience of a software development lifecycle or delivery methodology from user requirements definition through design, development, testing and implementation • Experience in managing and monitoring data risks • The candidate should have hands-on experience in the following areas: o Data quality strategy and data quality metrics o Data quality profiling o Data cleansing • Good analytical skills • Excellent problem solving skills • Good presentation and communication skills • Good interpersonal skills • Although not essential, exposure to large-scale ERP implementations is an advantage Your service line: Consulting Our people and the way we work are the two things that set us apart in the consulting universe.
