Senior Compliance Assurance Manager is part of the Compliance Assurance team, a second line function.Working as part of the Compliance Assurance Team, youll work with the other colleagues across the organisation to deliver compliance assurance reports, and external assurance reporting. The role doesnt have direct reports at present, youll have the opportunity to support the development of team members through oversight, training and coaching.As Senior Compliance Assurance Manager, youll work with the Head of Compliance Assurance in the development and delivery of both sides of the firms compliance assurance programme and methodology.Youll take part to the design and delivery of a risk based annual Compliance Assurance Plan, including the development of a regulatory risk universe.Youll be responsible for producing quality reporting to the Executive Committee, Audit Committee and senior leadership team.
