Job Description

Detillens is working with aleading US firmbased in central London and we are hiring fora Senior Compensation Accountant to join their fast-paced multicurrency finance team.The Compensation Accountant will report directly into the Accounting Controller as well as working closely with the Human Capital Group and the Payroll Manager.The Successful Candidate:

  • The role offers a great opportunity for someone with astrongknowledge of compensation accounting practices for various types of compensation.
  • The candidate will have a recognised professional accounting qualification with 5+ year post qualified experience.
  • The candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritise efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • The candidate will have excellent interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills.
  • The candidate will have excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • The candidate will have advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
