A superb opportunity for a highly-skilled communicator to take on a critical external comms role at one of the largest and most high-profile property management companies in the UK. With several hundred years of history, this unique business has a diverseportfolio that includes some of the UKs most iconic real estate, London & regional retail and substantial rural assets. Its also responsible for the seabed and half the foreshore of England, Wales & Northern Ireland and this person will be pivotal in tellingthe story of the significant and fast-growing role it plays in offshore energy.Youll need to be a seasoned, accomplished contractor whos able to get under the hood of some really meaty issues with UK & global impact. Naturally, youll be an excellent copywriter with loads of expertise in media relations and plenty of experience in swiftlyunpicking the nuts & bolts of a crisis. Willing to roll up your sleeves and work independently, therell be plenty of opportunity here to produce genuinely impactful messaging for a household brand at the bleeding edge of sustainable development, includingthe offshore wind sector. Working closely with the Head of Communications and the senior leadership team, youll help to deliver savvy, integrated communications campaigns at a corporate and portfolio level as well as overseeing the day-to-day delivery ofa 24/7 press office and keeping an eye on the organisations vital digital presence.With hybrid working and central London offices, this is a rare opportunity for a brilliant comms pro to join a cracking team in a fantastic business doing genuinely interesting things.If you have a background in energy, marine, offshore or real estate, top-grade external comms skills and are available imminently, Id love to have a chat.
