We are delighted to have the opportunity to partner with a fast growth, sustainable, high end luxury cosmetics brand based in Central London (flexible hybrid work model)The business is in relatively early stages of its development but already experienced huge successes with a firm international presence and partnering with numerous instantly recognisable retail and hotels groupsAs a result of ongoing investment and growth, the business is now in a position to carve out a finance function in the UK and recruit a number one finance position.The role will report directly to the General Manager and is a broad, all-encompassing finance opportunityYou will be asked to take on the following key responsibilities but in now way limited toManagement of all financial planning, budgeting and analysis activities across the international groupPreparation of 5 year financial modelsEvaluation of the financial impact of business initiativesPartner the non -finance teams including marketing, new product development, digital and salesSupport contract negotiations and strategic partnershipsFinancial Systems and process improvementOptimise cash flow to support operational needs and strategic investmentsAssess financial viability of new projects and product launchesOversee the financial and management accounting activitiesSupport with a variety of ongoing analysis in respect of variance analysis with reference to budget versus performance; product performance in relation to territory and channelYou will also have the support of a Senior Management Accountant as well as a number of other junior finance professionalsWe are seeking qualified finance professionals (or oversees equivalent) who possess relevant post qualified experience, ideally within the retail, ecommerce or manufacturing brandsFor the right person the role could also be offered on a part time - 4 day per week basisRobert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
