Senior Collections and Recoveries Strategy ManagerLondonUp to £130,000A crucial new role at a fin-tech unicorn business with a global presence! Are you looking for an innovative environment offering accountability and ownership over strategy and a huge opportunity to have impactThis is an FCA-certified role under SRCM with ownership over strategy across the full collections life-cycle.THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ownership of collections and recoveries strategy from pre-collections, arrears, collections and recoveries to debt sale
  • Develop and implement collections and recovery strategies in compliance with FCA regulations and industry standards.
  • Leverage a centralized pool of analytical resources to drive data-driven strategy
  • Ongoing analysis, monitoring and optimisation of collections and debt sale activities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive collections efficiency and performance.
  • Influence senior stakeholders including C- and board-level
  • 3rd party communications with regulators and debt agencies
YOUR EXPERIENCE
  • Degree educated, ideally within STEM, Finance or MBA
  • Extensive experience working in debt and collections within lending or consumer finance
  • Strong knowledge of FCA and other UK regulations related to protecting the customer
  • Strong analytical ability with experience driving data-driven strategy
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
